Salt Lake County Emergency Operations Plan

The Salt Lake County Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) established the framework for the county's response to disasters. It is a comprehensive plan that is risk based and all-hazards in its approach. The EOP is based upon guidance criteria prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State of Utah Division of Emergency Management.
